Thank you for your order from Sculpted Peaks (operated by Handmade in Bali Inc). Below are the details on production timelines, shipping, customs duties, and more.
Production & Shipping Timeline
All sculptures are hand-carved to order in our fair trade workshop in Bali.

Standard Sculptures arrive in approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order

Commissions & First Editions arrive in approximately 3 weeks once design mockup is approved

All orders ship via DHL Air Express, with delivery typically taking 4–6 business days once your sculpture is completed

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email from DHL with tracking when your order ships

We offer free worldwide shipping to all countries available at checkout

Packaging & Delivery

Sculptures are securely packed in custom-made wooden crates and each crate is wrapped in brown kraft paper to keep branding discreet — perfect for gift-giving

DHL provides real-time tracking and lets you:

Schedule or reschedule your delivery

Leave special delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at side door”)

You’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver to open the crate

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States Orders:
U.S. customers will not be charged any import duties or taxes.
Our team handles all customs documentation and shipping procedures to ensure duty-free delivery under current U.S. regulations.
International Orders:
For all other countries, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sculptures ship under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms

We declare all shipments under HS Code 9703 – Original Sculptures and Statuary

If required, your local customs office will contact you to process payment before final delivery
