At Sculpted Peaks, we guarantee your satisfaction. If there are any issues with your sculpture or damage during shipping, you must report them to us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your sculpture to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your sculpture must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your sculpture upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@sculptedpeaks.com. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for us to address them promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom sculptures (e.g., special orders or personalized pieces).
  • Items purchased on last-chance or imperfects sale.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.
