The entire process felt very personal. My wife loves the Tatra mountains in Poland. The order was a surprise gift for Christmas. They rendered the mountain range from pictures and it looked great. A little back and forth to tweak the base and color, then placed the order. It was shipped in an amazing wood box and arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. She absolutely loves the sculpture. Highly recommend. Also take note of the suggestions for lighting, makes a big difference in the final presentation.

My wife and I ordered this carving as a gift for her sister and brother-in-law, who spend half of their year in Jackson and the other half in Charlottesville, Va. I'm hoping they like it for their Virginia home, especially after it becomes too difficult for them to travel to Wyo. It's pleasing to have the first edition of the view from Jenny Lake, and the craftsmanship is indeed very good. That said, I would have opted for the more famous Cathedral Group, since a) it is exactly the view from my in-laws' dining room and master bedroom windows and b) I think especially in this smaller version (all we could afford) it would have displayed better. But my wife said, "They really like Jenny Lake and going up Cascade Canyon," andf she won. Truth to tell, I'm sort of partial to Teewinot anyway, so we have put the sculpture on a bookshelf so we can admire it before we re-box it for the in-laws, and it has indeed begun to grown on us. I have photos of this Jenny Lake view and this carving is faithful. And I really enjoyed tearing through the packaging! Merr Christmas!

I just received my sculpture from Sculpted Peaks, and I just cannot stop looking at it. I placed it on my desk, where I work every day, and it feels so good to have a small piece of home with me, even when I am far away. It brings a sense of comfort and connection every time I look at it. This special mountain sits on the border between Albania and Kosovo, which makes it incredibly special and personal to me.

Great quality, looks great on the mantle. The flat surface on the wood should be a little longer for the label.

I ordered a custom sculpture of Mount Mansfield, VT, for my husband. He's climbed the mountain too many times to count, as well as skied down the mountain, so I thought a sculpture of the mountain would be a perfect Christmas gift for him! Our sculpture was beautiful and it was an awesome gift. I did a custom piece of the mountain we got married on, and it is one of my favorite pieces of art we have in our home. The quality was outstanding and the whole process was smooth!
