1. Eligibility

The Sculpted Peaks Hand-Carved Mountain Sculpture Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are of legal age in their state at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sculpted Peaks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, or anyone living in the same household) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and all decisions of Sculpted Peaks are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting March 1, 2025, and ending at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter

Participants must enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official entry form available at Sculpted Peaks website. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Duplicate entries, entries made using multiple email addresses or fraudulent methods, and automated entries are prohibited. Sculpted Peaks reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

5. Prize Details

Each winner will receive one (1) small hand-carved mountain sculpture of their choice from Sculpted Peaks’ collection. Two (2) winners will be selected—one per week.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed except at the discretion of Sculpted Peaks.
• Any and all applicable taxes and expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sculpted Peaks to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen randomly each week and announced LIVE on Facebook on:

Winners will also be notified via email within 5 days after the announcement.

If a winner does not respond within 15 days of the notification email, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sculpted Peaks is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or undelivered messages.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree that Sculpted Peaks may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional, advertising, or other marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Sweepstakes Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Sculpted Peaks reserves the right to:

• Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any technical issue, fraud, or other problem disrupts its fairness.
• Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Monitor entries for potential fraud, including multiple entries from the same user, IP address, or device.

Any attempt to deliberately damage Sculpted Peaks’ website or manipulate the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release Sculpted Peaks from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from:

• Entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Any technical failures, including website crashes or internet malfunctions.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Utah courts. Participants waive all rights to class action suits and agree to seek damages only for actual out-of-pocket expenses related to entering the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy Policy

All entry information is subject to Sculpted Peaks' Privacy Policy. Entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sculpted Peaks and can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email.
